Exchange & Replacement Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchange Window
Inside Kathmandu Valley, exchange requests must be made within 1 day of receiving your order.
Outside Kathmandu Valley, exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for exchange. This includes products that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used in any way. Items that do not have their original tags, labels, or packaging intact will also not be accepted.
